In-person, land-based gatherings for collective grief tending, remembrance, and care. These rituals are rooted in shared presence, somatic awareness, and respectful relationship with place. They create space to grieve personal, cultural, and ecological loss together — restoring belonging through witness, ritual, and community.

First Fridays Community Wellness Days

4 pm – 5:30 pm

Join Innisfree’s Medical Herbalists, Chanchal Cabrera and Alina Baker, together with Somatic Therapist Cadence Moffat for an introduction to our wellness services. Share a cup of herbal tea while learning about herbal medicine, and experience a nature-based somatic connection practice

Shinrin Yoku: Forest Bathing Workshop

5:30 pm – 6:30 pm

Learn how the Japanese and Korean practice of Shinrin Yoku supports anxiety, depression, stress, and inflammation. This guided forest immersion combines science and experience through a short lecture and a mindful walk, offering proven benefits for nervous system regulation, gut health, and inner peace.

Free! Meet at Innisfree farm, then participants will walk the nearby trails.
