Petroselinum crispum (Parsley)

A common culinary herb, parsley is especially high in vitamin C, K, and A but is also effective in treating infections of the urinary tract, kidney, and bladder stones. An infusion of the roots and seeds is taken after childbirth to promote lactation, or a few leaves are kept close to the breasts of a nursing mother for a few days for the same reason.
